Equipment principle
CMD-PS plastic powder flame spraying machine uses liquefied gas and compressed air instead of traditional acetylene and oxygen. Its main feature is to simplify the equipment, reduce the use cost, and easily control the flame temperature of the spray gun to prevent burning of the plastic powder. Its working principle is to use compressed air as a protective gas jet flame to heat the sprayed plastic powder to a plastic or molten state and spray it on the pre-treated working surface to form a continuous, uniform, and non-porous plastic coating. Since the powder feeder is not under pressure, the gun can be used to add powder continuously, which ensures that the spray gun is continuous, stable and uniform in all directions for a long time. The spray gun is designed with a special air mixing method and a double-layer protective gas structure, and no backfire occurs during the spraying process. The equipment is suitable for large-area construction in the field, especially in winter in the north (because the traditional oxygen pipe is easy to freeze in winter, but the air will not), it has high efficiency, high coating bonding strength and simple operation.

Equipment composition
Plastic powder flame spray gun, cyclone fluidized bed powder feeder, powder feed pump, pipeline and gas path regulating valve, control valve, powder feed pump and spray gun are composed of no powder accumulation connecting hose. The user prepares a 0.9m3/min air compressor, liquefied petroleum gas (self-prepared by the liquefied gas tank), pressure reducing valve (self-contained by the liquefied gas tank) and pipeline composition.

  1. Plastic powder flame spraying is abbreviated as flame spraying, which is mainly used for spraying on a large area for the purpose of corrosion prevention.   • This equipment is mainly used to prepare thick film plastic coatings, the conventional thickness: 0.1mm-3mm, the maximum thickness is 5mm.
